Description
1905 Hale/ALF 65' Water Tower, Lawrence, Massachusetts.
Built by American LaFrance using the Hale patented design, this tower is in mint condition.
According to the Lawrence Eagle-Tribune, this tower was last used on the 7th of December of 1941 (pearl Harbor Day) at the Brockelman Market fire, at which time it was towed to the scene by a truck. It was retired in 1961.
